Bashir Dawood: Suleman Dawood School of Business

Bashir Dawood’s desire to provide accessible education with a suitable syllabus to develop a more digitally savvy youth population inspired him to contribute generously to The Suleman Dawood School of Business (SDSB) in 1986. Under the management of the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS), the SDSB focuses on teaching its students the relevant technical and analytical skills to inspire the youth to think critically and out-of-the-box based on real-world and practical knowledge. It provides holistic education which is accessible to all Pakistani youth. Furthermore, backed by a “visiting committee” of internationally-recognized academic personnel from institutions all over the world like Cambridge, McGill and the Asian Institute of Management, the curriculum challenges students to make use of new developments in technology, innovation and creativity in a nurturing manner.

The University of Western Ontario, Harvard University and other internationally-renowned educational institutions have extended support to cultivate critical thinking amongst the youth.
